Crane operator / warehouse & transport employee (m/f/d)

Our company

EWN GmbH is a company of the EWN Group. It is responsible for the rebuilding of closed nuclear installations and for the reliable disposal of the residual materials and radioactive waste. We are looking for a dedicated specialist with technical background for our Technical Services department. You perform responsible tasks in intra-company transport, in particular in the handling of technical installations and radioactive substances, and thus contribute to the safe and smooth implementation of our processes.

Operation and monitoring of crane systems, industrial trucks and other transport and lifting equipment Implementation of internal transport, including preparation, backup and reprocessing loading and unloading of storage and transport containers in compliance with applicable safety regulations Support in storage and handling processes Participation in maintenance and maintenance measures on plants and equipment Ensuring compliance with all operational, legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. radiation protection, occupational safety) Documentation of activities and transports carried out in accordance with operational requirements

Your profile as an ideal complement

Completed 3-year technical vocational training Experience in handling crane systems, industrial trucks or comparable technology, ideally in nuclear installations or with radioactive materials Valid permissions to operate mobile/stationary cranes and/or industrial trucks as well as mobile hoists knowledge of cargo securing and in stopping loads of advantage Ideally experience in the field of logistics, warehouses or in technically shaped operating environments Structured, reliable and safety-conscious operation Teamability, Responsibility and Flexibility in Work Day Basic knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel) of advantage
