WHS Coordinator (m/w/d) Occupational Safety

About the team Work protection is essential to ensure the mental and physical well-being of our employees at work. Together with managers, our WHS team ensures that we comply with all the policies and legal regulations for Amazon and that our jobs are safe. The team includes a number of different functions, from occupational safety engineers to programme managers. No matter what role, you will contribute to the development, implementation and safeguarding of our high safety standards. You may work with colleagues from all over the company on various projects, from device and process inspections to the evaluation of process, building and device designs.

Key job responsibilities

• Implementation of risk assessments and audits
• Monitoring the location to ensure that the processes comply with the safety procedures of Amazon
• Creating and updating reports on safety indicators so that colleagues can check them.
• Cooperation with and guidance for colleagues from the company and the entire company on security issues and processes
• Support for the introduction of new security measures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Vocational training or experience in a relevant area
• Relevant experience in using data analysis to generate and document key figures
• Advanced German skills
• Good knowledge of English PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in effective communication with different stakeholders either in writing or using presentations
• Experience to work independently and as a team member
• Existing training as a specialist for occupational safety
