Your role - you move with us As Deputy Operations Manager, you are a central manager in the daily operating business:

You form the link between our two operations areas and represent the Operations Managers in their absence Own responsibility in various projects and tasks within the branch and operations Support of Operations Managers in operational and personnel management and take over responsibility in their absence. Control and monitoring of daily operations while ensuring productivity, quality and service targets. leadership, motivation and development of team leaders and employees for continuous performance enhancement. Active participation in personnel and resource planning to ensure smooth operation. Identification, initiation and implementation of process optimizations to increase efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness. Analysis of relevant performance indicators (KPIs), derivation of appropriate measures and follow-up of target achievement. Creation and presentation of performance reports as well as consulting management based on data-driven findings. Responsibility for the incorporation, training and further development of employees and executives in the operational field. Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality and compliance requirements and promoting sustainable safety culture.
