Process optimization: Monitoring and optimization of spare parts storage processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Identification of bottlenecks and development of solutions to improve material flow.

Plant Responsibility: Coordination and implementation of maintenance and repair work on our automated logistics facilities (especially Autostore and BTA).

Target achievement and reporting: Continuous verification of target achievement based on key figures (e.g. productivity, service level). Creating regular reports on the performance of the team and logistics processes. Introduction of measures to improve performance.

You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the logistics sector or service. Master training would be desirable for further professional development. Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team. Technical understanding and experience in handling automated logistics systems (e.g. Autostore, BTA). Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP WM) and MS Office. Analytical skills and a structured way of working. High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and team capacity. English language skills would be beneficial
