Support for personnel and time management Support for projects, e.g. protocol management New Settings Organisation (incl. clothing edition, documentation management, first instruction) Planning of service travel, visitor management, guest hospitality and general office organization Coordination of training and training for employees Procurement via our Mercateo purchasing portal, creation of order requirements and processing of budget orders Special topics (Wäschemanagement, IT ticket management for new users and e.g. unlocking, complaint management)

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, technical understanding / additional qualification of advantage Professional experience in a technical environment Secure handling of MS Office and SAP Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, Spanish and Italian Structured and independent working in conjunction with pronounced communication strength, team capacity and ''hands-on' mentality Friendly and binding occurrence Joy of cross-departmental cooperation
