Account Manager (m/w/d) im Fundraising Fundraising staff for the UKSH funding foundation The University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH) connects top international research with interdisciplinary medical care. We are looking for a financial accountant/financial accountant for financial accounting and controlling at Fundraising staff for the UKSH funding foundation. As a central point of contact, the Fundraising campus team coordinates all fundraising, donation and charity activities at the UKSH and thus makes a central contribution to strengthening university medicine in Schleswig-Holstein. Under the claim “Good Do!” the staff member manages two non-profit organisations. One of the two non-profit organisations is the funding foundation of the UKSH, the other is the UKSH Friends and Funding Association “Wissen creates health e. V.” Since its foundation in May 2013, the UKSH funding foundation has funded a total of 162 projects from medical technology, digital future medicine, as well as research and study projects with over EUR 4.26 million. In parallel, the foundation's assets were expanded to more than EUR 3.31 million. Since 2013, the Foundation generated revenues of more than 8.5 million euros. Thanks to the societal and loyal commitment of currently 80 entrepreneurs, the Foundation makes a significant contribution to strengthening the top university medicine of the UKSH – with nationwide beam power. Takeover of essential tasks in financial accounting and participation in controlling, in particular in the donation context of the Foundation Transfer and auditing of bank revenues, care of debitors and documents as well as preparation and execution of bookings in SAP (monetary donations, assignments, deposits) Working on monthly and quarterly evaluations and compiling statistics and reports Support for administrative activities, e.g. curator administration, agreements, donation key system Work for internal processes, events and donations

Completed commercial training (e.g. financial accounting, tax specialist/tax specialist) or relevant experience in financial accounting Basic knowledge of financial accounting; ideally first experience in the non-profit sector Safe handling of current MS Office applications and financial accounting software, ideally SAP FI or SAP S4/HANA or the readiness for the appropriate incorporation Structured, reliable and careful operation Team spirit, communication joy and sense of responsibility
