Analysis and assessment of acquisition objectives: implementation of market and business analyses, creation of business profiles and preparation of assessment bases Support for M&A processes: cooperation on due diligence checks, structuring and implementation of purchasing and fusion processes and the creation of decision-making templates Integration management: Planning and control of integration projects, organisation of kick-offs and status meetings, coordination between disciplines and the maintenance of milestones Communication and change support: Development and implementation of communication concepts, ensuring transparent project communication and monitoring of integration audits Strategic business development: analysis of market and competition developments, development of strategic concepts and portfolio strategies, preparation and implementation of strategy workshops Monitoring and reporting: creation of presentations, monitoring of strategic projects and identification of optimization potentials

You have a completed (master) degree in Business Administration, Health Economics or a comparable subject Ideally, you bring first professional experience in a health facility or in the area of M&A You are sure to go with MS Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint You think analytically and strategically and have a high level of problem-solving competence You communicate clearly and convincingly and like to work in the team You are structuring, independent and result-oriented to your tasks You show your own initiative and take responsibility You are flexible and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
