We are looking for a limited period of time (max. 15 hours/week = 37.66%; min. 10 hours/week = 25,1067%) Senior Consultant (m/w/d) im Projekt Next Career for the project-based collaboration within the next Career third-party funding project, in particular as support for the establishment of a mentor program. The Student Lifecycle Services department accompanies, advises and supports students, students and (coming) graduates on their way through a study at the RUB and in the successful development of transitions, also in the sense of sustainable relationship, binding and networking work.The Central Student Advisory Service is the consultancy service for students and students interested in study as well as the first contact point for all questions relating to study decision and study. Support for the preparation and implementation of internal and external events and information events and workshops on study doubts and their prophylaxis Participation in the organisation and implementation of a mentoring program for students Supporting the project-related Moodle course Support for project-related (student) network work within the Ruhr-Universität Bochum Support for the development of the project-related communication and detabuisation strategy

Knowledge of the university system, structures within the Ruhr-Universität Bochum and university support services for students Experience in scientific work and good research and analysis skills Willingness to participate in the mentor training programme Embossed social and intercultural competence, team and communication skills Safe handling of MS Office applications Experiences in the care of Moodle courses are advantageous
