Characteristics: The feed-construction (Z-Bau) Here, the federal government provides municipalities or third-party funding (so-called grants) to support agencies outside the federal administration that fulfil economic and social policy tasks. Our task is to advise the beneficiaries in the award of the works and in the verification of the construction design with the construction planning in compliance with the approval decision.

They have completed their studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the fields of architecture or civil engineering (high construction), utility technology or electrical engineering or in a comparable discipline. Further requirements: Conversation and communication strength Multiannual professional experience in the periods 1 to 8 of the HOAI is desirable Knowledge of procurement and contract law is desirable They provide reliable knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing). You have the willingness and ability to manage a service car as well as for the safety review under the Security Review Act NRW

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
