Openness for continuous training and the ability to prepare legal and labour law regulations legally based a completed university degree with legal content, in particular with a focus on labour law issues a self-responsive, structured and solution-oriented way of working and a secure sense of priorities – even in work-intensive times, you keep a cool head strong communication strength and a good sense of finger in dealing with different colleagues and external partners a high degree of trustworthiness and reliability; absolute discretion is for you secure knowledge of German as well as the ability to communicate at least at the level of C1 in professional and social situations
