As a central interface to the management, you will take over a versatile and sophisticated task field, the organizational design, communication strength and a high degree of discretion in this position.

Telephone and written correspondence including the administration of the inbox and exit appointment coordination incl. resubmission and appointment controlling as well as reception of internal and external guests Organisation of travel and service activities for management Monitoring of holiday calendars Preparation of events and exams Representation of the assistance of the management including preparation and follow-up of appointments, protocols, presentation

You have a completed commercial training with several years of professional experience, ideally at management level in the healthcare sector You have a safe appearance, a high level of persuasion, communication skills and discretion Their mode of operation is proactive and characterized by a rapid understanding A safe handling of MS Office and very good German skills complete your profile
