Senior Consultant (m/w/d) We are looking for you at the next time for our Center in Berlin as a specialist (m/w/d) in the area of sick pay in part or full time. As a customer-oriented organizational institution, you always keep an overview and ensure the correct processing of work inability certificates together with the team. There's no way in the right of performance! You check the basic entitlement to sickness benefit and take over the calculation and payment according to legal requirements. With us you take responsibility: In new cases, you will first clarify the membership and check the insurance relationship. They do not escape: they control the occupational disability certificates e.g. for complete attestation, the addition of further diseases or the existence of pre-disorders. You are our professional: you check the sickness benefit claim and take over the timely calculation and payout as well as the dynamization of the sick pay. The claims for child sickness and penal allowance are also part of your duties. We count on you: In case of counterclaims (e.g. outstanding insurance contributions), you will ensure that the amounts are billed or settled accordingly. Communication is the A and O: As a competent and empathic person, you always have an open ear for the questions of members, employers and other insurance companies.

Whether with a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) in health care, social security specialist (m/w/d) or comparable qualification – you are welcome with us! You can quickly find yourself in MS Office as well as specialist PC applications. With your quick understanding, you will keep an eye on important deadlines and can also quickly understand complex case files. A pronounced customer and target orientation is your heart. It is easy for you to make decisions and to stay calm even in challenging situations.
