With a team of 25 employees, we plan and realize living space in new buildings, develop whole quarters and modernize existing objects. With a consistent view to the social, economic and environmental concerns, our projects are created according to the principle of sustainable economy and with the requirement of careful handling of natural resources. The ESW construction planning, as part of the ESW Group, with around 13,000 managed units of largest evangelical housing companies in Germany, stands for the competent planning and implementation of demanding, sustainable residential properties.

This versatile task includes ...

• Development and implementation of new building and modernization measures in the context of our climate path
• Call for construction services for our construction projects - by Gewerken or as GU-Performance
• Offer negotiations for awarding
• Monitoring of construction design, cost tracking, quality assurance and timing control
• Designing the further development of our quality standards against the background of construction law, cost efficiency and ESG
• Control and coordination of all internal and external components

• Studies in civil engineering, construction project management, architecture or comparable training
• Building management experience, as far as possible in housing construction
