Various tasks in customer support, processing of customer orders and participation in projects Advising customers and answering queries as well as completing maintenance contracts with new and existing customers in the area of sales services/telesales Control of service technicians in the field of external services Cross-sector communication with internal areas, passing through different departments and knowing innovative and future-oriented diversity of the Group
