Business Analyst for the KV Contract Division (m/f/d)

As a business analyst, you take a central role in the interface between the Department's application, contract, customer and IT. You contribute your expertise in the analysis, structuring and implementation of professional requirements and contribute significantly to quality assurance and successful implementation of projects. In doing so, you are confident with complex challenges and changing framework conditions and keep an overview even in dynamic situations. In the Department of Technology, Automation and Projects for Application & Contract KV, you take the interface function between the specialist departments with a focus on contract and IT You analyze and optimise existing technical and technical processes and develop IT specialist concepts with focus on process improvement and automation You accompany IT audits and the implementation of PoC and MVP You document the developed processes and make them understandable You carry out regular tests to ensure the high quality of our processes and electronic processing steps You are driving the digitalization of ARAG KV by accessing external systems as well as central databases and by providing technical interfaces that result You actively participate in projects and take on project responsibility You prepare specialist topics for the contract service department both technically and in terms of content - for this you set up work instructions and train your colleagues on the technical or processual innovations.

You are a qualified businessman for insurance and financial investments (m/w/d) and have already successfully completed several years of professional experience in the role of business analyst or a degree with a focus on business, insurance or (economic) informatics You have sound knowledge in the area of private health insurance Your affinity for technical systems and relationships combined with your distinct analytical and conceptual skills characterize you You convince us by your structured, pragmatic and self-responsive way of working and your targeted action Your strong communication skills and team skills complete your profile Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level) complete your profile
