We are Germany's largest supra-regional free-joint institution of day care facilities. Currently, 20,000 children are cared for by nearly 6,000 employees in around 250 facilities. In Munich, Fröbel operates 13 day care facilities. Our open pedagogy follows according to the three principles “relation – individualization – participation”. Each institution has developed its individual educational profile that characterizes the day of kita. These include sustainability, bilingualism, health and movement, natural science and technology as well as media education. Therefore we are looking for educators who burn for these topics! In addition, we are looking for junior executives (order lines) for the areas of educational quality development, network work and team organization for our kitas in Munich. Nationally recognised qualification as an educator, childhood or social pedagogue or equivalent qualification German knowledge at least on B2 level Joy in working with children as well as an appreciation, need-oriented approach Interest in professional development and, if necessary, additional priorities (e.g. language, movement, nature or music) Commitment to Opportunities and Diversity
