Engineering Transformation Manager - limited to 3 years (m/f/d)

Ensuring the awareness of a uniform target image as well as adhering to fixed guidelines and coordinated structural principles in changes and transformations in engineering are your main task. In addition, you take on the development, care and further development of clear ordering principles, reference frames and structural specifications to support the engineering organization. You will take care of ensuring the lasting use, effectiveness and effect of the changes introduced in engineering that go beyond individual projects. In addition, you define binding and directional procedures, structures and artefacts throughout the entire engineering. You arrange and implement new topics in existing target images, structures and guide planks to avoid parallel structures and unnecessary complexity. As a consultant, you support the orientation, prioritization and further development of working methods, structural principles and transformation priorities in engineering. You define appropriate criteria for evaluating the use, anchoring and effect of measures. You take the technical control and moderation of working groups.

You have a successfully completed university degree, e.g. in economic, engineering, organizational, communication or comparable disciplines. You bring multi-year professional experience into structuring, coordinating or conceptual roles, ideally in the technical, project- or transformation-related environment. You have a distinct ability to structur complex topics and relationships as well as very good conceptual and analytical skills. You have experience in building knowledge, storage or governance structures. You move sovereignly into inter-organisational contexts and have an understanding of systemic relationships in large organisations. You are characterized by a high level of text, structure and representation. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
