Your working hours: Minijob; a day in the week after consultation (Mo. - Fr.) 6 hours from 10:00 to 14:00.

What to do is

• Qualified reception service with visitor reception and control
• First contact for visitors, craftsmen, customers and employees
• Supporting the telephone center
• Preparation and management of meeting rooms
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the assigned area
• Post and parcel acceptance
• Representation and support of Office Management in case of need

What we do

• Professional experience at reception or in a comparable position is assumed
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are essential for effortless communication with guests and colleagues
• Very good MS Office skills are required for working with our systems
• A pronounced service/service orientation with high quality standards is essential
