You are responsible for the recruitment of our central areas at the Künzelsau site and ensure the occupation of technical, commercial and selected specialist and leadership positions - from the request analysis, screening of applications, through the implementation of digital initial discussions to the control of co-travels, you are able to control the entire selection process. Together with the Hiring Managers, you conduct request analyses, translate them into targeted recruiting measures and proactively advise on suitable sourcing strategies. You operate Active Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels and address candidates directly and in line with target groups. You work closely with HR Business partners, Employer Branding and the Disabled Representation. Documentation and quality assurance of the recruiting processes as well as care in the applicant management system SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting belong to your daily craftsmanship. The support of the Recruiting hotline and the Recruiting mailbox completes your operational everyday life. You support cross-departmental, strategic recruiting projects and actively contribute your practical experience. You accompany career fairs and recruiting events and bring your ideas into a targeted approach.

Complete studies in business, human resources management, psychology, social sciences or comparable qualifications. Multiannual professional experience in recruiting (Full-Cycle), ideally in the sales-related, commercial-technical or industrial environment - you have proven to have occupied challenging positions independently. Proven project experience in personal marketing, e.g. by self-contained campaigns, building talent pools or developing employer brand measures. Practical experience as a process manager or key user in an ATS/HCM system - ideally SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or comparable systems such as Workday, Taleo or Personio. Secure handling of LinkedIn Recruiter as well as common sourcing tools. Knowledge in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and MS teams as well as ideally first experiences with data analysis in the recruiting context (e.g. Time-to-Hire, Conversion Council).
