You are responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership of the group assigned to you and are actively involved in the operational daily business. In addition, you support the department management in quality reporting, KPI control, and strategic development of the department. You plan and organize internal processes and drive the continuous optimization of existing processes. You will also accompany the ongoing process control and carry out fault analyses at different production levels if necessary. You coordinate and moderate internal problems and measures and regularly participate in project and production meetings. In addition, you cooperate with the customer in the final collection and in quality testing of systems, subsystems and assemblies. You ensure independent and targeted communication with the relevant specialist departments. In addition, you are responsible for the successful implementation of the quality objectives and the operational targets within your assigned group. You release complex calibration, testing and/or programming plans and ensure compliance. In addition, create error reports in the CAQ system and implement appropriate measures to prevent a sustainable error

Complete industrial training in the field of metal, mechanical engineering or tool construction as well as further qualification (e.g. master or state-tested technicians).
