Team Leader Network Control Center / Network Management (f|m|d)

As a team management, you take responsibility for one of the most critical areas of the supply infrastructure - the 24/7 power station operation for electricity, gas, district heating and water. You lead an experienced team and ensure that networks are operated safely, stable and efficient.

Leadership & Development: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team with 14 employees - in accordance with our guidance and vision and values Network control unit operation: You are responsible for the 24/7 operation of the mains control unit for the HS/MS electricity, HD/ND gas, district heating and water networks as well as the water and heating units Rules & Security: You shall ensure compliance with technical regulations and all provisions relating to occupational safety and environmental protection Process optimization: You initiate new methods and continuously optimize the processes in the network management environment Customer orientation: You live and promote a strong customer orientation - for yourself and your team alike Project work: You run special projects in the context of network management or actively participate - also as a chance for professional and personal development Emergency & Crisis Management: You develop, implement and update emergency plans, crisis staff organisations and business continuity plans (BCM) and communicate closely with external partners Ready to call: You participate in the willingness to call and are reliable contact person for your team if necessary

Qualification: You have completed an engineering degree in electrical engineering and have several years of relevant professional experience with Leadership experience: You already have experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees - ideally also in the field of shiftwork Working: You work structured, time-oriented and result-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations Own Initiative & Analytics: You bring their own initiative, a systematic way of working and good conceptual-analytical skills - supplemented by cross-disciplinary thinking IT skills: You work safely with MS Office and ideally bring knowledge in PSI Control and Lovion
