Your tasks:

· Procure / prepare test documents / audit documents / product documents (checklist for line audits, LIS, drawing, test plan, test instructions, fault location sketches etc.)

· Provide / prepare test equipment

· Prepare short audits on the lines/machines/storage independently or by appointment

· Conduct and document product audits

· Evaluation of blocked products using test documents

· Analyze and evaluate failure parts with regard to errors

· Documenting and communicating results

· Conduct other tests according to QM

· Conduct quality controls (13/1 or AQL) / perform product audits

· Creating fault location diagrams and evaluations

· Conducting SAP accounting operations

· Select and control post-work paths depending on the product and error

· Determine measures in the event of deviations (identify sorting, NA or committee)

· Signing of products

· Implementation of repair and sorting measures as an emergency measure

Our requirements:

· Complete 2-year training in a recognized metal profession

· First professional experience in a comparable position

· Knowledge of measuring and testing

· User knowledge Microsoft Office and SAP QM and MM

· Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge

· Structured, independent and conscientious operation

· Team skills
