Acquisition of End-to-End Responsibility for IT Infrastructure Services in the field of Server Operation in Public Administration Planning and control of hardware refresh projects and coordination of procurement processes Creation, control and monitoring of changes across the lifecycle Implementation of incident and escalation management and ensuring service quality coordination with internal departments, customers and external suppliers as well as reporting at management level

Completed IT degree or training with corresponding professional experience Multiannual experience in IT infrastructure operation and IT service management Knowledge of data center infrastructure, server operation and hardware procurement Experience in managing complex IT projects and cooperation with several stakeholders ITIL Foundation certification and experience with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum) Very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B1)
