Lead Service Manager Multi-Cloud Platform (m/w/d)

Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Lead Service Manager Multi-Cloud Platform (m/w/d) from now on and in full time at a BWI location. The area NETWORK provides cross-service communication (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security incl. DDI solutions) between properties, as well as access to centralized services and resources via an innovative, scalable and future-proof platform. By fulfilling contractually agreed services in regular operation and continuous technological development, we ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensuring necessary services to operate the service in a multi-cloud platform, including the Multi Domain Operations Cloud in the role of the Product Owner Responsibility for the development and communication of a clear product vision and strategy for SDN solutions in the Multi Cloud environment according to IaC principles Construction and coordination of product backlog based on business value, customer feedback and technical requirements including scheduled delivery Collection, analysis and documentation of product requirements in cooperation with stakeholders, including customers and other teams Responsibility for costing in the course of offerings and ensuring necessary supply contracts with external service providers Continuous market exploration for identifying opportunities and risks, as well as maintaining close relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Completed studies in the IT field or comparable training About 6 years of relevant professional experience in the IT Service Management environment and several years of professional leadership experience Knowledge of the technologies and procedures used in the Service Multi-Cloud Platform and methods of agile cooperation Very good presentation and moderation capabilities as well as a safe occurrence in dealing with customers and a service-oriented behavior flowing German and good English knowledge in word such as writing and readiness to travel
