Our children's day-care facility in the Sossenheim district of Frankfurt offers 60 children aged 0 to 6 years of age a protected space for learning and growing – outdoors, natural outdoors, and modern rooms of a new building. • Head of the Children's Day Centre: Planning and control of the daily operation and promotion and care of children in close cooperation with parents.
• Pedagogical leadership: support for child development following the Early Excellence approach and targeted support for the development of individual strengths.
• Education partnership: building and maintaining a trusted cooperation with parents.
• Staff management: management and further development of the pedagogical team including service and absence planning, personnel planning, reception and dismissal processes, contracting and budget responsibility.
• Concept development: further development and implementation of the pedagogical concept with a focus on the Early Excellence approach.
• Cooperation & Network Care: Cooperation with social partners, in particular MUKIVA, as well as representation of Kita in committees.
• Project coordination: planning and monitoring of projects such as language kita or special funding offers.
• Participation in the Children's Village Association: Participation in senior working groups.
• Child and care protection: Ensuring all legal requirements and proactive coordination of child protection issues with the team and the specialist for child protection.

Your qualifications and skills:

• Qualification: Complete training as an educatorin, curative nursein or studies social education as well as management experience in childhood care.
