Advise our customers in defining and implementing cyber security and information risk management systems to be prepared for threats and disruptive changes already today. You know the IT and Compliance requirements of Financial Services companies and advise on their innovative, technology-based implementation through powerful, forward-looking processes, automation and the use of IT tools – preferably ServiceNow. You continue to think: the failure of processes through unexpected events (such as disasters) does not bring you out of rest - you develop appropriate business continuity and IT service continuity strategies as well as processes and consistently implement them. You shape the cooperation of financial companies with various service providers: whether hyperscaler or other IT service providers – through the design of sourcing strategies, the design of control processes and through comprehensive risk management. In addition, you are responsible for the preparation, monitoring and follow-up of supervisory examinations according to KWG §44 in the information technology and the information security environment. You think business, actively working on expanding your network in Financial Services and using it to position innovative topics and projects on the market. You also like to work in an interdisciplinary team, solve complex problems, take responsibility in an international environment with the renowned big players in the German Financial Services market. Together with our customers, you will develop tailor-made and tool-based solutions that combine both regulatory and entrepreneurial requirements.

(Senior) Manager (w/m/d) Cyber Security, Risk & Compliance for Financial Services You will be with us with a degree in economics with IT skills, business informatics, business engineer, computer science or a comparable degree. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT compliance and/or information security. In addition, you have knowledge of the following topics: MaRisk / MaGo, xAIT, DORA, ISO 27001 and Information Security Management, Business Continuity Management and IT Service Continuity Management, Service Provider Control (Third Party Risk Management). You work with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm. You bring experience in the collaboration or management of regulatory implementation projects in the field of financial services, IT compliance and cyber security and have experience in internal consulting as internal:r or external:r consultant:in. You think beyond the edge of the plate and shout new ways with innovative ideas. In addition, you bring your know-how through already acquired certificates (e.g. CISA, CISM, ISO 27001) or you have the motivation to acquire it. You have project management knowledge and experience and have a strong understanding of processes and their relationships. You also have leadership experience from employees and project teams. You have theoretical or user knowledge in common cyber security, GRC or other tools (e.g. ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Jira etc.). In addition, you have already dealt with the use of AI or are interested in the possibilities of improvement by AI. German and English can be handled safely.
