Projektingenieur Bautechnik (m/w/d)

As part of our team, you will coordinate, advise and represent our properties in terms of the need for refurbishment and extensions and structuring in the areas of infrastructure and construction Your tasks include the matching of all relevant approvals with the inventory and the introduction of appropriate measures, while acting as an internal building management and designing the correct procedure You are working closely with Werkleitung, Fachplanung und Architekten (m/w/d) and support them in the implementation of construction projects Your experience in the approach and execution of construction projects is targeted to ensure a timely completion They take over the management of cross-company expansion and infrastructure projects and bear the responsibility for their successful implementation

Projektingenieur (m/w/d) or Bautechniker (m/w/d) have collected first project experience in industrial companies or planning offices and are versed in the field of civil engineering (infrastructure, media distribution & disposal) and civil engineering (industrial construction, industrial construction) You have good knowledge of planning and approval law Your practical experience with project management methods and the management of project teams In dealing with HOAI you have already gained first experiences They are characterized by communication and negotiation capability, act targeted and customer-oriented
