Junior OPEX Specialist (m/f/d)

As a method coach of our Operational Excellence tool, you use skills to relevant methods and instruments and support the implementation of routines and projects. As a Sparring partner, you act as a central contact for the lines of the individual OPEX columns. As a process optimiser, you plan and coordinate projects for loss reduction and actively contribute to the optimization of our production processes. As a project manager, you promote the implementation of improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methods. As a project supporter, you will assist our executives in major projects in the fields of technology and production.

You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of food technology, process engineering or economics. You have a high understanding of technical and process processes and ideally first professional experience about internships and/or student work. You are passionate about Lean Production, digitization of processes and the use of artificial intelligence (AI). A structured and solution-oriented way of working is obvious to you.
