What your tasks are: PRODUCT Through your sensitive care of our residents with mental and physical disabilities, you help them to feel at home with us. PRODUCT Even if the people entrusted to us need help, you always affirm them to live as independent as possible PRODUCT To do this, you support our residents and create leisure activities PRODUCT They help professionals to create individual help plans and development reports and implement them. PRODUCT In the team, you will support a group with the support of the professional management, design the daily routine and plan and accompany leisure and promotion offers PRODUCT They support our residents in the field of health care. They accompany them, for example, to visit doctors and help with the appropriate appointment coordination PRODUCT You document your activity using our PC programs
