Refractive Manager (m/f/d)

For our modern Smile Eyes Eyes and Laser Center Leipzig - Markt we are looking for a Refractive Manager (m/w/d) with the technical background optician master (m/w/d) or optometrist (m/w/d). You just finished your training, your master or your studies, or have you already gained professional experience? Your passion is consulting and dealing with patients? You advise our patients with passion to a wide range of modern laser and lens treatments Technology at the highest level: You carry out precise preliminary examinations and use the latest diagnostic techniques of ophthalmology Your expertise in use: You analyze and interpret investigation results and recommend the optimal treatment for each patient Reliable patient support: You enter into refractive patients before and after surgery and are a competent contact person to the side Varied teamwork: You work with a versatile practice team and partners and take on varied tasks in the clinic everyday

completed vocational training as optic master/optometrist or comparable medical training (m/w/d) very good knowledge of German at a C1 level high quality awareness and reliability to the team Heartliness and sensitivity in dealing with our patients Ability to clear and empathic communication to patients Joy in taking responsibility and working independently

For your rest, you will get 30 days of holiday. No shift or weekend service: Your working hours are from Monday to Wednesday between 7:00 and 18:00, Thursday 7:00 and 20:00, Fridays until 14:00.
