Leadership and organisation of the specialist planning / work preparation Woodboard construction and further development of the team Ensuring efficient, timely and quality-oriented design and project-related coordination Control of interfaces to adjacent departments such as production, supply chain, purchasing, architecture and development Responsibility for specialist project management and the cross-border coordination of planning processes Continuous further development of the technical implementation of components including CAD, BIM and manufacturing Ensuring customer requirements, economics, occupational safety and environmental and accident protection

Study of Civil Engineering, ideally Wood Construction, or Qualification as Zimmerermeister / Techniker Holzbau (m/w/d) or comparable background Multiannual leadership experience in project, construction or production management with a sound understanding of wood construction planning and production processes Knowledge of wood panel construction and industrial element production as well as experience in project and interface management Safe handling of CAD design, ideally CADwork Knowledge of machine control of assembly and element production and BIM coordination Communication-strong, enforceable and integrative management personality with structured, independent functioning and view for the whole
