Utility Accounting Clerk (m/w/d)

As a specialist in facility management, you will take care of the creation and verification of the operating cost accounting for commercial, residential and special properties. This means: Screening and monitoring of all rental contracts of rented and rented objects Maintenance of master data for operating expenses Creation and evaluation of reports, deviation analyses, decision templates and protocols Contact person for our regional companies around the topic Operating expenses Interface to internal departments such as accounting, law etc.

Completed commercial training and first professional experience in real estate Very good knowledge of operating costs, experience in the production and testing of operating and heating cost accounting Text security and routine in dealing with contracts and legal texts Self-employed, committed and structured work Analytical skills and pronounced numerical understanding
