Focus on compliance: Take responsibility for compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines and develop forward-looking compliance programs that are always one step ahead. Innovative risk management: Identify and evaluate compliance risks and implement innovative risk mitigation measures that our company keep safe and consistent. Trusted Advisor: Support the management and employees with your expertise and design training programs that raise awareness and knowledge in compliance to a new level. Monitor with vision: develop monitoring mechanisms that ensure that we are always on the right course and provide the management with valuable insights into the status of our compliance activities. Relevant professional experience in compliance with well-founded knowledge in the development and implementation of compliance programs Impressed Risk Management and Assessment Skills Excellent communication skills in both German and English for consulting stakeholders and the development of training programs Experience in cooperation with regulatory authorities and external auditors, coupled with strong enforcement and negotiation skills Ability to implement independent monitoring mechanisms and create reports
