In this responsible position, you support national and pan-European tenders, coordinate procurement procedures with different disciplines and contribute significantly to economic, legal and sustainable procurement.

Own implementation of tenders for the purchase of services: support for the departments in the development, examination of the performance descriptions, coordination with the departments, preparation of the award criteria, preparation of the contract documents Procurement of construction services Granting of rehabilitation measures Procurement of large equipment, facilities and technical installations Reconstruction award Granting of planning and engineering contracts Cross-sectoral coordination according to procedures with quality management, legal department, occupational safety Leading the tenders nationally and EU-wide within the limits of procurement law in eVergabetool, documentation of all procedures Conducting award or negotiation talks Preparing the conclusion of contracts or orders and their care in the SAP Advertising Processing and Contract Controlling if applicable. Implementation of the follow-up management, this includes the supervision of orders or contracts with respect to claims or terminations Work on documents and information for Supervisory Board documents and audits

Your profile

Successfully completed university studies (at least bachelor) in a commercial or technical field – preferably industrial engineering civil engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering German knowledge at level C1 (GER) is required due to written and oral communication with customers/authorities Professional experience in technical purchasing desirable The following knowledge is advantageous: SAP Secure handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word Contract law Contract/right Knowledge of VOB/A, VOB/B Self-employed, reliable and conscientious operation High communication capability, enforcement strength and sovereign appearance – especially on critical issues Embossed negotiation skills and conflict resolution orientation Good organizational ability and self-management
