Head of Fleet Management (m/f/d)

As a fleet manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the technical, economic and organizational management of our entire fleet with approx. 1,000 units (LKW and passenger cars) in the central and the regions.

Car park control: You are responsible for the deployment and availability planning of our fleet in the Centrale Töpen and for our locations within Germany. Maintenance & legal certainty: You coordinate maintenance, repairs and statutory audits and ensure compliance with all regulations. Cost & efficiency management: You continuously analyze the fleet, monitor costs and consumption and conduct optimization measures. Procurement & Damage Management: You plan the vehicle requirements, are responsible for procurement and insurance, damages and accidents. Development and leadership of the team:: lead as head of fleet management and motivate a small team.

Complete training or studies in the field of forwarding, logistics, business or comparable It would be desirable for the presence of training (AdA-Schein) Multiannual leadership experience in the transport or logistics industry Communication strength as well as sovereign and safe interaction with internal and external partners Impressive enforcement at the same time as diplomatic appearance Impressed organizational talent with strategic thinking as well as communication strength and enforcement Safe handling of logistics-relevant IT systems is also desirable
