independent processing of international shipping processes including Creation of relevant export and customs documents Coordination with forwarding, customers and internal departments to ensure scheduled deliveries Processing of complex export operations including preferential evidence, embargo and sanction list examination Maintenance and testing of shipping processes in the ERP system (e.g. SAP) Support for internal and external audits in the field of export control

Completed commercial training or study in the field of foreign trade, logistics or comparable At least 2–3 years of experience in export or international order processing Good knowledge of customs and foreign trade law Good knowledge of English in word and writing, further languages of advantage Secure handling of ERP- & Zoll-Systeme (e.g. SAP, Atlas, proAlpha)
