You guide a team of currently seven employees professionally and disciplinaryly and accompany them in their personal and professional development. In doing so, you seek a clear distribution of tasks and responsibility You develop new ideas and approaches for building and expanding the ParcelShop network and actively promote its further development Together with your team, you will create the central interface between external and internal services You will keep the relevant KPIs in mind (e.g., number of ParcelShops, lead processing) and will derive optimisation potential - in close cooperation with the Regional Sales Managers and the relevant specialist departments

A completed study of economics or comparable training Funded leadership skills - in particular in the fields of communication, motivation, empathy and conflictability A pronounced analytical strength and a very good numerical understanding, in particular with regard to the interpretation and control of key figures Experience in handling CRM systems Creativity and aspiration to continuously find the best solutions A result-oriented, independent and independent way of working
