IT-Administrator - Schwerpunkt Workplace & Endgeräte (m/f/d)

Operation and administration of terminals (Windows 11, mobile devices, printers, etc.) as well as user accounts and applications (Intune, Entra ID, M365) Management and optimization of our cloud-based voice over IP phone system including connection of dealer phones. Management of mobile devices (MDM) User and application management in the named technology environment Support and administration of collaboration tools (e.g. teams, Slack, Telegram, JIRA, Confluence) Processing and documentation of 1st–3rd-level tickets in the daily business in the JIRA system Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (e.g. instructions, changes) in JIRA and Confluence, incl. 3rd Party Add-ons/Plug-ins Cooperation with IT Ops, DevOps, DORA representation, projects, IT security and service providers on issues related to security, compliance and infrastructure Active cooperation in IT projects, e.g. planned migrations, rollouts, network optimizations or implementation of new applications or security solutions and project-specific tasks Willingness to represent colleagues with a focus on infrastructure & network

Multiannual experience in IT operation, support, system administration of end-user environments and user management (e.g. management of user accounts and permissions) Safe handling of Microsoft technologies and devices Technical knowledge of Hornet Security, JIRA & Confluence (Atlassian) incl. Add-ons/Plug-ins, TeamViewer, Slack, Telegram and basic knowledge of AWS desirable Joy of user support and independent processing and documentation of support requests (1st–3rd level) Ability to audit-proof documentation of technical processes, IT processes and changes Independent, structured, solution-oriented and team-capable operation Awareness of regulatory requirements in the financial environment (based knowledge is sufficient) Very good knowledge of German and English
