Active development, further development and positioning of our portfolio areas IT, Unified Communication, Print and Document Management at our existing customers Advising customers in the optimization of processes and structures as well as developing holistic solutions and digitalization concepts with our technical expert: Planning, management and moderation of workshops for the structured collection of requirements Accompanying projects across all phases – from idea to rollout Sparring partner:in for our internal expert:industry and sales for the development of sustainable customer solutions Advice on trends, best practices and strategic development opportunities

Training or studies in the economic/management/consultation environment or comparable qualifications Experience in project management and implementation as well as customer support in process transformations No technical/ IT background necessary – you will receive support from our expert: The ability to securely record, analyze and translate customer requests into suitable, practical solutions An analytical view, communicative appearance and joy in teamwork Pleasure for varied tasks with a lot of design freedom Joy to actively build new contacts and maintain a strong network Very good knowledge of German and readiness to travel (guide certificate class B)
