Instruction and control of construction managers and monitoring of all statutory, safety-related, economic and quality-relevant requirements related to works contracts Negotiations with contracting entities on construction, contract design, changes, extensions and supplements in coordination with the branch management Completion of subcontractor contracts in agreement with the commercial controller Responsibility for costing and offering processing Independent acquisition and systematic customer support Contract negotiations according to VOB/BGB Participation in the development of market strategic principles

Completed studies in civil engineering (FH/TU, Dipl.-Ing./Master) or comparable training as well as professional experience in the Oberbauleitung/Project management Very good knowledge of the contract law and the VOB Good MS Office knowledge and knowledge in a billing and calculation program are advantageous Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as an independent and targeted way of working Safe occurrence in negotiations and experience in employee management Good German knowledge
