• Care and support of our international customers in the field of medical technology - order processing from delivery to delivery

• Coordination with internal departments (sales, logistics, quality assurance)

• Processing of export documents and customs documentation in accordance with applicable rules

• Close cooperation with forwarders and international partners

• Maintenance of customer master data and documentation in the ERP system

• Support in optimizing internal customer service processes

• Completed commercial training, ideally in foreign trade or wholesale and foreign trade management - experience in international customer service, preferably in the field of medical technology

• Knowledge of export processing and international shipping processes

• Secure handling of MS Office, knowledge in ATLAS are advantageous

• Very good English skills in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage

• Structured, customer-oriented and independent operation
