Support our team in diverse projects and personnel development measures

Preparation of presentations, communication documents, videos and other forward-looking formats for our different target groups

Acquisition of exciting research work for concepts or new, innovative personnel development topics and direct support in design & rollout

Education: Studies in the field of BWL, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management or a comparable degree course

Know-how: First practical experience in the field of HR and Personnel development desirable

Motivation: You are interested in the HR sector with the focus on human resources development and have the courage to create new or unknown topics independently

Operation: very good communication and organizational skills. Teamplayer and the ability to work independently

Languages: reliable knowledge of German and English in word and writing
