For the Hamburg Finkenwerder location we are looking for you as a Supply Officer Cabin (m/w/d) in full time.

Customer support and support in the field of upgrades & retrofits in the daily business Active control of material flow to internal and external customers - focusing on cabin components Demand determination and communication with suppliers, including the development of creative solutions for short-term requirements Complete processing of the entire ordering process: from the request message to the order, to the follow-up and proactive troubleshooting Developing and negotiating efficient logistics processes in close cooperation with internal and external partners Monitoring and optimization of supply chain performance - including regular supplier communication to ensure delivery Close coordination with internal customers regarding order status and progress Reactive and proactive processing of short-term customer requests with a solution-oriented, creative approach Compliance with all relevant compliance policies and responsible action in the sense of sustainable business success

Complete degree in engineering, business management, supply chain management / logistics or similar direction At least 3 years of professional experience in disposition / material procurement, purchasing, customer service / customer service and project management Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 Good knowledge of English and German Ideally French or Spanish
