System Administrator (m/w/d) - Service Operations Team IT & Managed Services DACH

Processing of support orders in the Service Operations Team

Self-employed remote administration of customer systems (hospitals) with high self-responsibility for error analysis and troubleshooting

Conception and implementation of optimization measures

Implementation of system updates in coordination with our customers (for various technologies as well as our own hospital information system Orbis®)

You work hand in hand with project management, foreign manufacturers and colleagues from other specialist departments

You carry out extensions and upgrades of the existing IT infrastructure and support in troubleshooting and performance analysis

You have an education as a specialist or a completed technical study

In addition, you have sound knowledge in some of the following areas (or the motivation to work accordingly): Linux/Unix, Windows, Citrix, Oracle, Veritas Netbackup, Veeam, VMware, Storage Systems, Cluster Technologies
