Group Management – Infrastructural Facility Management at the Göttingen site (m/f/d)

You conduct the group of infrastructural facility management at the Göttingen site disciplinaryly and professionally. Your tasks include providing the infrastructure, management, optimization, and health, safety and safety that is designed to meet your needs, using efficient information and communication techniques. The technical tasks include: Ensuring proper operation of the safety control and alarm center, the technical planning and orientation of major events Improving service quality through location-based input to build and develop structured performance descriptions Review of existing contracts with regard to quality and economic viability, development of new contracts and participation in DLR-wide tenders for external services (e.g. factory protection, cleaning, disposal, postal and service services and land management) Development of concepts for optimising infrastructure measures in the operational field based on master plans (e.g. traffic, parking and design concepts for the terrain) Safety and health care in accordance with the transmission of duties
