Architect Infrastructure

The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown as a house of maximum care for the region and a teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, more than 4,500 qualified employees ensure patient care. The Infrastructure division is responsible for the construction, renewal and operation of the technical infrastructure, buildings and outdoor facilities to ensure optimal conditions for patients, personnel and visitors. Together with our qualified planning team, you will ensure an economic and service-oriented project execution of new construction, renovation and reconstruction measures. The challenging task of developing different phases of construction and planning to satisfy users with ongoing clinic operations is a challenge that you like to accept. Within this area we are looking for a full-time architect*in at the earliest possible time.

Planning and construction monitoring of demanding new building, rebuilding and rehabilitation measures of our clinical buildings Supporting the projects from the project idea to commissioning and handover to the user Project-related partner*in for clinics or institutes In the event of interest to take over the project management for the construction measures Acquisition of contractors in the context of the contractor representation

A completed degree (Dipl.-Ing.(FH) / Master / Bachelor) of Architecture Multiannual professional experience in planning and construction monitoring Ideal experience in the hospital environment A healthy measure of pragmatism Fun and joy in dealing with and for people Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1)
