Carglass® in Germany is a specialist in the repair and rebuilding of vehicle glass. In Germany, Carglass® employs around 2,100 employees, including over 1,600 specially trained Carglass® technicians. You support the implementation of projects in the areas of Compensation, Benefits and Health Management. These include, for example, the coordination of the future day, the management of benefits and compensation components (e.g. Sabbatical, Spot Awards) as well as the planning of measures for occupational health management. You are responsible for our regular ''Next Generation' table for students and trainees, thereby gaining insight into different disciplines. You accompany an internal process for employee awards to appreciate extraordinary commitment. You prepare information and analyses and prepare presentations and communication documents. You make sure that the intranet of the people area is always up-to-date and thus decentralized communication is ensured

You bring Education: You study economics/psychology, HR/health management or a comparable degree course with a focus on personnel Interests/experience: You have a great interest in the various tasks in the HR department and ideally first practical experience in the human resources sector. Working: You are characterized by a precise, structured and independent way of working as well as a fast understanding. Knowledge: With the popular MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) you can safely handle and you work reliably and enjoy working in the team. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
