You are our contact person (m/w/d) for business economic issues at work and in production and supports operational and strategic projects The work's balance sheet is your responsibility – you continuously develop it and make it a central control instrument You create, analyze and interpret cost, production and efficiency indicators and derive sound recommendations for action Soll-Ist comparisons, deviation analyses and the identification of cost drivers belong to your everyday life as well as the derivation of appropriate measures Together with the specialist departments, you implement optimizations, evaluate investment projects economically and actively contribute to strategic decisions

You have a degree in business management with a focus on controlling or comparable training Ideally, you already have several years of experience in controlling – also in production controlling You work independently, target-oriented and result-oriented and combine organizational talent with a clear analytical view Precise work is just as important for you as a sovereign handling of challenging situations With MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), you are very familiar; Experiences with BI-/Qlik tools and ERP systems (e.g. Infor M3) are a plus
