We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager (m/w/d), with an empathic and motivating leadership style. In this key position you report directly to the Director Accounting Europe and take over the professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the further development of the finance team at the Penzberg site You'll start your own monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB for four companies and conduct the main and secondary accounting You work with the tax advisor on the completion of the HGB degree and are responsible for the transfer of the financial statements to US-GAAP You develop risk analysis and early warning systems, build a sustainable compliance structure and keep the audit topics in mind The monitoring of account mapping and bookings in ERP and consolidation systems as well as the IC voting are just as natural for you as liquidity management and cash planning In addition, you are responsible for reporting to the parent company in the USA, you are a contact person for various banking matters, and you are involved in topics such as GoBD compliance, GDPR and IKS with The optimization of internal processes is particularly important to you and, together with your colleagues, you successfully implement innovative projects such as the introduction of a new ERP system
