People & Culture Business Partner*in

As a P&C Business Partner, you are responsible for the further implementation of P&C strategies and the implementation of all P&C activities at Falck Fire Services DE – in close cooperation with the P&C Director. Your main tasks include: Operating advice: – You are a trust partner*in for our executives in Germany and advises them in all personnel topics - including recruitment, absences, performance management, employee development and labour law issues. – You support management in cooperation with the works councils and provide security in dealing with labour law and disciplinary measures. Personal Policy & Process Management – You work closely with Falck Ambulance DE's shared service centre to ensure smooth and efficient personnel administration and payroll accounting. – You develop and establish modern personal structures and policies specifically for Falck Fire Services DE. – You implement the established P&C policies, monitor them and adjust them as needed to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Organisational development & project management – You are driving organizational changes by advising management and teams in a professional manner and practically accompanying them in change processes. – You conduct and implement important P&C projects that contribute to the strategic objectives of Falck Fire Services DE.

Professional experience: five to ten years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role, e.g. as HR Business Partnerin. Expertise: Very good understanding of working-contractual framework conditions and personnel processes as well as sound knowledge in German labour law – including collective bargaining law and company constitutional law. Flexibility: readiness for regular business trips to the locations (primary in northern Germany or Niedersachsen, idR. Day trip in a radius of about 200 km around Hamburg. Personal & social skills: – You are a proactive self-starterin, work independently, have strong organizational skills and remain capable of action even in stressful situations. – You work hands-on, structured and solution-oriented, perform confidently and can convince argumentatively. – You communicate clearly, are team-oriented and bring an international way of thinking. Digital competencies: Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) as well as extensive experience with HR management systems. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good, reliable English knowledge, as the P&C Director is in the Netherlands and is our headquarters in Denmark.
